Waupaca Voice Community Pilot

We are beginning with one local concern: residents have reported their garbage and recycling bins—sometimes called carts—being damaged during or immediately following collection. Affected residents can document their experiences, while other residents can support a community request asking the City to investigate and respond. This pilot will help establish a careful, respectful process that may later be used for other Waupaca community concerns.

Waupaca Voice is an independent, resident-led community platform and is not affiliated with the City of Waupaca. Submitting information here does not constitute an official report to the City or another government agency.
